Helping others has always been at the core of who I am, and it’s the foundation of my career in financial services. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I partner with individuals, families and business owners to help them achieve clarity, confidence and control over their financial future. We provide comprehensive strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. My areas of focus include retirement planning, wealth transfer and estate considerations, education funding, business retirement plan administration, and risk management through insurance solutions. My background in mechanical engineering with a minor in industrial and organizational psychology has given me an analytical mindset and a systems-based approach to problem-solving. Combined with a career devoted to consulting with people and business owners of all shapes and sizes, this allows me to bring both technical precision and a personal touch to financial strategy. Inspired by my mother, a lifelong business school teacher, and my father, a small business owner, I developed an early appreciation for financial literacy and the lasting impact it can have on families and communities. To deepen my knowledge, I hold not only the CFP® certification but also the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ or AAMS™ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ or CRPC™ designations. These advanced credentials reflect my commitment to delivering a higher level of planning and guidance, especially for clients with complex financial situations. Having relocated from the Midwest in 2010, I now get to call Sacramento home, where I live with my wife, Parisa, and our three wonderful children: Kiana, Kamran and Chista. As a family, we do our best to enjoy the natural beauty of northern California — hiking, camping, water sports and exploring local trails together. This region has been a fantastic place for us to raise our family. Though free time is precious with a busy household, when able, I enjoy playing golf, staying active and unwinding with a great movie/show alongside my family. Our whole family looks forward to family movie nights on the weekends.
